binAdim commits to providing quality services, and convenience to customers. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we may assist you with an exchange, return, or refund. Our hassle-free 7-day return policy is part of our commitment to take care of you.

binAdim is famous for its top quality and wants you to be 100% satisfied with its products. Electronics Store assures you that you’ll always receive the item that you ordered. binAdim offers you a return or exchange facility only in case the product delivered to you is not what you wanted or is damaged. The return or refund policy for each product is available on our website www.binAdim.com.

 

Refund/Exchange is valid under Certain Conditions

  1. Delivery of an incorrect item.
  2. The bought item is broken, or otherwise not working.
  3. The purchased item needs to be replaced with a different brand.
  4. The product is not delivered properly or some parts are missing.

We may suggest you claim for brand warranty directly to the original brand depending on the nature of the fault and the status of the applied warranty.

Note: Customers are advised to make a video while opening the parcel for any claim to verify any damage, short contents, or wrong items. Video made after opening the parcel shall not be eligible for any claim as we would not be able to fix responsibility.

 

The process to Claim a Refund/Exchange

  • To start a return, you can contact us at WhatsApp: 0328-3675936  (text or voice message only) or info@binadim.com and we will get back to you during working hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Shop # 21, Anarkali Bazar, Federal B Area, Block 16, Water Pump, Karachi.
  • Firstly, let us know what the problem is with the product and why you want to replace it. You can contact us at the phone number given on the website. Our team will guide you through all the requirements of the return process.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Pack the product properly

  • Proper return of product is very important. Pack your product properly in the original packaging you received. All parts of the product should be packed and should not be used or damaged. The original sticker should be on the product and return your product with the original box.
  • The goods covered under the return and exchange policy shall only be accepted if they are properly packed and are in sellable condition.

Send to Us

  • Customers will bear the logistics cost of items that are to be returned or exchanged. The original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned along with the article. Care should be made to put original packaging in some carton or bubble wrap it & don’t have any writing or tape on original packaging.
  • Send your product back to binAdim at the given address through Courier Service and stay in touch with our team.
  • Once the parcel is shipped to binAdim, customers are advised to share their dispatch receipt on the above-mentioned WhatsApp number & remind us after 4 days whether the parcel was received at binAdim. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to check and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to four (4) business days for the refund to get credited to your account. For the refund, customers are advised to send their complete Bank account or Easypaisa account details. Please remember that binAdim will send a screenshot of the refund payment once it’s done.

Note: Any item you purchase from binAdim is exchangeable if it is still in its original packing, condition, and with all of its attachments.
